Ever since I started following the Paleo diet, I can honestly say my cravings for most junk foods have all but disappeared. (No, seriously!)
Some days, though… An EVIL hankering for something filthy and delicious rears its ugly head and I’m faced with three options:
#1: Give in to the craving. Not the worst that could happen, but not ideal.
#2: Stay super frustrated and h-angry all day. Nope.
#3: Paleo-ify my favourite junk foods and eat them totally guilt-free. Uuuummm, YES!
